We have a very solid track record, highly respected customer bases and an ambition to growth substantially in the European market. Today, we already serve clients in more than 20 countries worldwide and we intend to gradually strengthen our presence in European countries. Our first steps in the Belgium territory ask for a dedicated local team. We are convinced of our market potential and need commercial enforcement.

What is your challenge?

· You will be a challenge detective. Uncovering valuable prospects by delving deep into their business challenges and aspirations with respect to Risk & Compliance Management issues. You’ll be the Sherlock Holmes of sales, using laser focused questions to reveal opportunities that others might miss.

· You will identify opportunities that will position CERRIX for our target audience. Initiatives for self-arranged events will attract potential prospects with CERRIX’s proposition.

· Once you have a prospect on the hook, you’re not just closing deals. You are collaborating with our Customer Success team to orchestrate a seamless onboarding experience that leaves our new partners eager to use the platform

· You are the master of multichannel magic. It’s not just calls, emails and social touches. It’s a symphony of personalized outreach that triggers your prospect and keeps them engaged.

Is this you?

· You already have at least 2 years of closing experience in a B2B SaaS (preferably GRC solutions) and a track record that you are proud to share.

· You’re not just another salesperson but a trusted advisor. You have defied the complexities of heavily regulated industries, turning challenge into triumph.

· You are the C-Suite Whisperer. You don’t just speak to senior leadership; you captivate with a symphony of insights and charisma. You guide them through a sales process that feels like a strategic partnership.

· Empathy is woven into your DNA. You genuinely care about the customers’ journey, forging connections that resonate long after the deal is done.

· You have a thirst for growth and thrive in an environment that’s turns urgency into action.

· Learning is your way of life. With every interaction you develop your sales prowess. You adapt and inject innovation into your process to ‘make things happen’.

· You have an international attitude and are fluent in Dutch and English.
